Hmm.. I really need to do an updated progress pic. Of course, the bathing suit is different now – the leopard print one doesn’t really fit anymore! I was able to find a new suit in the same style, though. Yay!

Work was -spechul- again today… the person I’ve been covering for (on vacation) was supposed to be back today. And, well, she wasn’t. *sigh* God, I hate it when people have ‘short-timers’… If you don’t want to come back, just quit for godsake. And the lady I like, who gave notice, was “released” today. *double sigh*

So, came home & had a glass of wine while I was making dinner. That helped. Then I played DC2 for 50 minutes. That helped more.

Breakfast was chocolate mug cake, eggs, Fage, coffee/cream.
Snack was macadamia nuts & Just The Cheese.
Lunch was roast beef/green onion/cream cheese rolls and home made coleslaw.
Dinner was Butter Chicken over fried cabbage & the glass of wine.

R3P4D6 – I’m coming down, coming down like a monkey, but it’s alright…

Guess the bread didn’t cause an issue. LOL!  Just goes to show that an occasional splurge is not a horrible thing.  It’s only when it’s a constant gorge that one runs into trouble.

Today I did about 50 minutes of my DC2 game. Yay! I think I may be getting close to bumping up the difficultly level to medium. 🙂  I’m consistently 5-starring the easy mode.

Work was sucky today… someone I really like gave notice. Plus, I ended up having to help out the position I got booted from. *le sigh* Guess it’s a good thing I’m a multi-tasker. Since today I was ALSO still covering for someone who was on vacation.

Breakfast was bacon, eggs, chocolate mug cake, & coffee/cream.
Snack was Just The Cheese.
Lunch was a steak salad with chipotle ranch dressing.
Dinner was a pork chop & cabbage salad.

R3P4D1 – I ain’t the worst that you’ve seen, Oh can’t you see what I mean…

Yay for Fage days actually making a dent! So, today was day one of Phase 4 – and I started out at under last injection weight. This is good. Now, hopefully tomorrow won’t bounce me right back up. 🙂

Today I did 20 minutes of Zumba on my Xbox Kinect and then 30 minutes of Dance Central 2. (Love DC2!) Woot for 50 minutes of cardio!

I’m really hoping I don’t end up getting the upper respiratory infection that Hubby has picked up… he’s been miserable for two days. Snorfling & sneezing all over the place.  I’m pushing my fluids & dosing myself with echinacea and golden seal like a good girl. So – fingers crossed for health!

Breakfast was corned beef & cabbage with coffee/cream.
Snack was Just The Cheese.
Lunch was a cobb salad with blue cheese dressing.
Dinner was chocolate mug cake with almond butter.

R3P3D17 – ‘Cause I’m leaving on a jet plane…

This is going to be really short – it’s getting to be sleepy time & I still haven’t packed for our weekend trip! (Flight leaves at 7am, so we have to be at the airport between 6-6:30. So, don’t have time to pack in the AM.)

Still haven’t gone on a ride with the new bike yet… weather hasn’t been cooperative. Too windy. :-/ (Yeah, I know… excuses, excuses…)

To make up for it, though, I did 30 minutes of Dance Central 2 & 15 minutes of Your Shape:Fitness Evolved on my Xbox Kinect. Yay!

Breakfast was lamb, eggs, a cheese stick, and coffee/cream.
Snack was pistachios and Just The Cheese.
Lunch was a chili rellano, chips, guacamole, & pico de gallo.
Dinner was a pork chop with some blue cheese crumbles.

R1P3D10 – Livin’ la vida loca…

Didn’t manage to get half of the stuff done today that I wanted to… But, it was a pretty full day none-the-less.

Hubby, Roomie, & I and went out for breakfast. Then we went to Target to buy some new storage boxes so I could organize the den a bit. Also picked up Call of Duty 3 for Hubby & the Kinect Zumba for me. Yay for $$ from my folks for Christmas! (If the Zumba is any good, I may just cancel my gym membership…)

Ran home, dropped off our breakfast leftovers, and then went to the movies. Saw Sherlock Holmes again… Roomie really wanted to see it, and I don’t mind seeing Mr Downey Jr again. 😉

After the movie, we walked over to try to get our pan roasts (since we were still jonesing for them from Saturday’s failed attempt). Service was a bit better…  but still really slow. They seriously didn’t bring us the check until we stood up and started putting on our coats! (After it took them forever to bring us leftover containers…)  Oh well. At least I got my pan roast. 😀

Once we got home, Hubby went out and put the wrap on the water heater (took a really long time) while I started in on the den – including dragging one of my china hutches over about 4 feet, so we have a path into the kitchen from the den again. (Roomie sat at her computer, and hasn’t budged since…)  I got the area organized where we planned on putting the Nordicflex that I got from a co-worker. And then we set it up.  I think it needs some oiling or something, it’s not retracting the way it should… but once we get it ‘tuned up’, I think it will be a nice thing to use.  As long as it doesn’t turn into a coat rack! LOL

So, I guess we did get quite a bit accomplished… Still didn’t manage any laundry, though… and I REALLY still need to get my DVDs scanned & alphabetized. They’re a big mess right now! *sigh* Maybe next week… it’ll be a ‘minor’ project that I can work on while we have company in from out of town.

Breakfast was half of a turkey/tomato/spinach omelet, a bit of cottage cheese, & coffee/cream.  Lunch was 1/2 a Pan Roast and hot tea. Snack was a piece of almond cocoa crack. Dinner was corned beef & cabbage, a baby bel cheese, & a cheese stick.

R1P3D6 – I got the moooves like Jagger…

Well, considering yesterday was the potluck, having a gain of 1 pound is not too shabby!

I did NOT sleep well, either… Hubby is travelling for work (Wednesday morning to Friday afternoon), and the dogs do NOT understand. They, literally, woke me up every hour and a half to come downstairs to check for him. When they didn’t find him, they’d want to go back to bed. Then, an hour and a half later… rinse & repeat. I am really hoping they’ll sleep through the night tonight. I’m exhausted!

So, my hairdresser is going to try hCG! She was super-impressed by the results that Roomie & I have gotten (she cuts both of us – usually on the same day) and decided that she wants to try it, to lose the 35 pounds extra she’s carrying. (She’s short, so that’s a LOT of weight.) I dropped off a bottle of hhCG drops (I had a spare, since I’m going to do Rx strength next round), Pounds & Inches, & a food cheat-sheet to her today.  She’s planning on loading on Christmas. I’m looking forward to seeing if this works for her. 🙂

I exercised today… I did 45 minutes of Dance Central 2 on my Kinect. Yay!!

Breakfast was 2 poached eggs, 4 oz smoked pulled pork, a chopped green onion, & coffee/cream. Snack was 1/2 oz spicy pork rinds & 1 oz cream cheese. Lunch was a Black & Blue salad from Quizno’s with blue cheese dressing (instead of the sugary vinaigrette they usually give and no flatbread). Snack 2 was 1/4 cup mixed nuts. Dinner was 3/4 cup fresh blueberries with 2 tbsp heavy cream.

Day thirty-six / First no-drop day / T-3 days to low-carb

I got the day off work today, to make up for having to put so many hours in this past weekend. It was nice. 🙂  I slept in a bit (well… I got up at 7 instead of 6:30 lol).  Went and saw my nail lady (Yvette is awesome), saw my chiropractor (ahhh… happy neck adjustments), did some shopping…   Kept myself really busy.
Still haven’t managed to get Christmas lights on the house – may just not happen this year. Maybe I’ll get to it Saturday. If I don’t though, it means that it won’t happen this year for sure.

I managed to get in some dance-exercise this evening, so that was awesome. I did a 20 minute ‘fitness’ session on Dance Central 2 on my Xbox Kinect. I forgot to put my heart-rate monitor on, but I worked up a sweat & my heart was definitely pumpin’!  GOD, I missed exercising! It felt so good!  I know I’m not really supposed to add it back in for a few more days, but I kept it a short one, and I really really wanted to! LOL

Today was no problem with staying on VLC. But, I figure I’ve still got hCG coursing through my body, so that probably helps. It’ll probably be the next two days that’ll be rough.

Well, I’ve got to get up and go to work in the morning (meh), so that’s all you get today. 🙂
