Whole30 – day 3

So, yesterday was day three. I’m plugging along, but it seems like forever already. LOL!

I’ve been having sinus headaches for a couple of days now, but I don’t know if it’s allergies or if it’s ‘detoxing’… I also woke up this morning not feeling – right. Just sort of achey & worn.  I hope it’s just that day 4 slump and not that I’m actually getting sick.  I have the Edible Pedal on Sunday – a 50 mile bike ride with a few respectable climbs. Need to be feeling good for that!

Okay, day 3 food:

Breakfast – Chicken hearts (yes, hearts!) fried in ghee with kale/broccoli salad stuff and poached eggs. Black coffee.
Snack – apple and almond butter
Lunch – Chicken and zucchini cooked in coconut oil.
Dinner –  Ribeye steak and Brussels sprouts with ghee.
Dessert – Raspberries and coconut cream.
