It’s been coooold the past few days, so cold that we’ve been getting pogonip! It’s really pretty – but, brrrr. Pogonip is a Shoshone word – it’s basically frozen fog.
I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes today, so I upped my protein a bit.
Breakfast was coffee & egg whites.
Snack was a handful of blueberries and sea salt melba snacks.
Lunch was ground turkey (99%) and broccoli slaw.
Dinner was tilapia and asparagus.
Dessert was blended frozen strawberries with some cocoa powder thrown in.
