Today was a ‘travel’ day for work. That means my food choices were a little odd – but hopefully it’ll all work out on the scale tomorrow.
I had to go out and buy all new undergarments today… I’ve shrunk out of yet another bra size – and I hadn’t bought new underpants in about 50 pounds, so I was running around with uber-saggy-bottom! LOL Dropped 3 sizes there. *grin*
I’m going to keep this really short tonight. I still need to go do my nightly hooping. Especially since the only other exercise I did today was a mile walk. Of course, maybe taking it easy today on the exercise is a good thing, after all of the yard work this weekend.
Breakfast was left over chile verde & cauliflower with two eggs and coffee/almond milk.
Snack was macadamia nuts & Just The Cheese.
Lunch was Fage 0% and blackberries and an Atkins Coconut bar.
Snack was an Atkins Chocolate Peanut Nougat bar.
Dinner was Turkey Spinach Loaf (recipe below).

Turkey Spinach Loaf
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
12 oz ground turkey
1 cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp dried parsley
4 cups fresh spinach, rough chopped
Preheat oven to 375.
In a small fry pan, saute the onion in the olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together (use your hands – it mixes better).
Pat the meat/veg goo into a 4×8 pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.
Let rest for 10 minutes & then serve!
