I was playing WoW with Bestie, Roomie, & crew, so it’s now late… I need to go to bed – work comes way too early in the morning. 🙂
Only 20 days to go until I go onto R2! I’m looking forward to it… not so much because the diet is fun or easy – but because it’s fast! I’m hoping to drop at least 20 more pounds in the next round. 30 would be even better… But, from what I’ve heard, R2 is quite a bit slower.
Breakfast was grits, poached eggs, some sirloin, & coffee/cream. Snack was 1/4 cup almonds. Lunch was an egg scrambled with Ortega chilies and jack cheese over a hamburger patty with sour cream/salsa. Dinner was chicken shish kabobs (chicken, onion, mushroom, tomato).
