I’m varry varrry tiired today… Didn’t get nearly enough sleep this weekend & work made for a long day. I’m going to dash this off & head to bed.
Breakfast was poached eggs, an apple, & Dubliner cheese with coffee/cream. Snack was a few almonds. Lunch was salami, pork rinds, & cream cheese. Snack 2 was an Atkins bar. Dinner was homemade Broccoli Beef (recipe below).
I went for a mile walk today & did 20 minutes of dance game. I’m also going to do my pushups/squats before I go to bed.
Water count: 80 oz
15 oz beef, sliced thin
15 oz fresh broccoli, sliced
1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tbsp beef bullion paste (or 2 cubes)
1/2 cup water
In a large non-stick frying pan (with lid), mix together the sauce ingredients. Cook the beef in the sauce for 5-7 minutes – until almost cooked through. Add the broccoli, stir, and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Per serving: 351 kcal / 12.5g fat / 10.5g carb (4.5 fiber) / 48g protein
This recipe can probably (with adjustments to serving size, of course) be used during P2. Just check the ingredients of your bullion!
