Break: day 3

Today’s weight: 252.6
Difference from last drop day: -1.8

Huh. Just squeaked into being within that 2 pounds.
Here’s my concern… I usually lose weight really well on a strict low-carb diet. So, I guess we’ll see if I can maintain on it.  I figure, if I lose weight, I’ll survive. And hope it doesn’t mess up the remainder of my P2.

My day~
Breakfast was coffee with heavy cream, two eggs scrambled with 2 oz salami & 1.5 oz swiss cheese.
Snack was a cup of coffee & 1/4 cup nuts.
Lunch was a pan roast from The Oyster Bar (crab/shrimp spicy cream stew).
Dinner was 3 low-carb pancakes & a string cheese.

Water count: 72 oz
