Down 14 pounds in two weeks… not too shabby. I’ll definitely ‘take it’. LOL
So, tomorrow I transition into low-carb for two weeks. Then I’ll hop back on the drops at Thangsgiving.
I’m really looking forward to having eggs & cheese tomorrow! (I really miss cheese…)

Lunch at 2:30 was 100g shrimp & 120g shredded cabbage.
Dinner at 6:30 was 100g chicken, 120g Brussels sprouts & an apple.
